Data Integrity and Security Take Center Stage
This month’s release focuses heavily on protecting your valuable data and ensuring its accuracy. To enhance security and data integrity, we’ve implemented a strict naming convention (318_EvercheckFormat_MM-DD-YYYY.xlsx) for full-refresh license, certification, and registration uploads. A new failsafe prevents accidental data clearing by halting uploads with significantly fewer rows than existing records and alerting our team. Finally, EverCheck Wallet login security is improved with two-field email/password validation, robust password strength validation, and a visual meter.
Boosting Efficiency and User Experience
Beyond security, we’ve focused on improvements that directly impact your daily workflow:
- Name Discrepancy Report Enhancements: Finding the information you need in the Name Discrepancy Report is now easier than ever. We’ve resolved previous sorting issues, ensuring the entire list is chronologically sorted by “Date Captured,” from newest to oldest.
- Increased Default Page Size: See more data at a glance with our increased default page size. We’ve expanded the number of displayed records per page from 10 to 50 in several key areas. Less pagination means more efficiency.
- Employee Profile Enhancements: Accessing employee requirement status is now even quicker. The Work Group Code (WGC) section on the Employee Profile is now collapsed by default, allowing you to immediately see the crucial requirement information.
- License Export Modernization: While you might not see the changes directly, our modernized License Export process brings significant improvements under the hood. Expect faster processing, enhanced scalability, and increased maintainability. This means a more reliable and efficient experience for you.
