EverCheck has been selected as one of OUTSIDE’s Best Places to Work for the second year running. Up 63 spots from its 2016’s ranking, EverCheck has proven that not only it is a great workplace for its staff, but it respects the environment and encourages a balance between work and enjoying life in the great outdoors.

Companies from across the country participated in a two-part survey process where workplace policies, philosophies, practices, and the like were evaluated. Employees also took part in a survey to measure personal experience.
The winning companies are those that value productivity in combination with an active, eco-conscious lifestyle for a fulfilling experience inside and outside the office. This is OUTSIDE’s tenth year providing the Best Places to Work.
For a small company, EverCheck has been known to provide benefits on par with some of the largest and most progressive companies in the US. For one, new moms and dads receive 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave, including adoptions. A recent survey conducted by the Society for Human Resource Management and the Families and Work Institute found that only 6% of employers with 50 or more employees offer fully-paid parental leave.
And that’s just one aspect of EverCheck’s robust wellness policy. Other benefits include organic produce subsidies, monthly fitness allowances, superfood juices delivered weekly, and communal bikes to get around during office hours. “These types of benefits send the message: we genuinely care about your health and well-being,” says Solano.
